Kate
Kate Ellis |.Kate opened Siren Salon in downtown Vancouver, Washington in July of 2013. She completed her cosmetology degree at the Aveda Institute of Portland and has been in the industry for over 14 years. She is thoroughly obsessed with hair, with passion in all aspects of her art. She specializes in Grey Blending (or covering- no judgement there, she thinks its all beautiful!), bright blondes, soft subtle sun kissed brunettes & just bringing out your natural beauty to make people guess if your hair is just this beautiful naturally or if she had something to do with it! She lives out of town on 6 forested acres with her Nigerian Dwarf Goat Crew, chickens + ducks, cats and dogs Talulah + Tommy! Kate is really into travel, mindful slow living, growing her own veggies in the summer, and gardening. Ask her for fresh eggs!
Lynsey
Lynsey Bloemke | a Siren since September of 2015, Lynsey is fully licensed in cosmetology, and loves pampering her clients with every service she provides. Lynsey is exceptionally talented with Balayage, Brondes + Blondes. She also has a vast knowledge of our fave hair products, and is exceptional at coaching her clients how to re-create their salon look at home. Her smile lights up a room and her friendly presence makes anyone feel immediately at ease. She loves spending time with her furry children, Roscoe and Reggie and husband Shane + their baby Halen when she isn’t in the salon!
Gigi
GG Johnston | a Siren since 2016, GG specializes in Bright Transformational Blonding services as well as Lived In Blondes + Brunettes. She is a doting stylist and thrives on giving her clients the ultimate pampered salon experience mentally and physically. GG has lived in a few different places over the years, and they are excited to plant roots here in Vancouver where she and her Fiancé just purchased a beautiful Mid Century home! They are excited to begin renovating and she plans to document the experience, so be sure to follow her on social media for updates. She loves Interior Design, gardening, traveling and spending time outside with family and friends.
Gabriel
Gabriel Breitenstein | a Siren since April 2022, Gabriel was licensed at the Aveda Institute Vancouver. She is so bubbly, passionate and genuine - embracing clients while making them feel truly beautiful and like their true selves. Gabriel specializes in Lived In looks - Dimensional Brunettes + Haircutting. She furthers her education with Classes and Workshops regularly. While she’s not in the salon you can find her adding to her plant collection, spending time with her partner and fur babies, exploring + going on bike rides, & spending quality time with her precious daughter Charley!
Kelsey
Kelsey Adams | a Siren since 2022, Kelsey has been a colorist + brand rep for some of the top beauty brands in the US for over 13 years. In the salon she specializes in Curly Hair Cutting + Texture Haircutting techniques for very thick hair, as well as Balayage Hair Coloring (Free Hand Hair Painting! More details on her website below). She emphasizes her coloring techniques on brunettes, but also especially loves a good copper or spicy red! Kelsey is a big time animal lover and has 4 dwarf goats, over 30 chickens, 2 turkeys, and 2 adorable rescue dogs! She lives on a 2 acre farm in Oregon City, ask her for fresh eggs!
Rachel
Rachel Martinez | a Siren since October 2023, Rachel is the face behind Tigers Eye Beauty! She specializes in dimensional lived in Blondes and Brondes and loves creating body and movement with transformational haircuts. Making sure your hair is healthy is her ultimate goal, and she loves taking the journey with you and your hair story. Rachel offers a wide range of services, from covering grays to transforming hair into a vibrant vivid rainbow! Getting to know each of her clients and making them feel 100% comfortable in her chair is especially enjoyable to Rachel. She loves to give her clients the education they need to get the best hair style and health at home as well. Outside the salon she. loves making art + painting, spending time with her sweet cat and loves to cook and bake! She is excited to meet you and bring your hair goals to life.
Laney
Laney Jobes | an official Siren since May 2024, Laney has been interning closely with us since July 2023 while she was completing her Cosmetology degree at Elite School of Beauty here in Vancouver!! She is dedicated to her craft and has worked with us extensively over the past year perfecting her skills and getting ready to take her own clients! She loves creating a look together that makes you feel confident and gorgeous. Her chair is a safe + inclusive space for everyone, and she looks forward to connecting with you and unlocking your hair’s true potential! Originally from the midwest near Kansas City, Laney moved to Vancouver with her family back in 2021. Being from the midwest, she loves getting fresh air outside with her sweet dog Baxter, hiking the trails or visiting the ocean or mountains. She also has a sweet cat, Pickle!! She’s a huge animal lover and would love to hear about your pets and adventures!

Appointment Agreement
Cancelations can be made a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Within 24 hours, there may be a fee associated. Please respect our time, as we will always respect yours. We do enforce a strict 15 minute grace period to your appointment. Please get in touch directly with your stylist to let them know to expect your late arrival.
If you do not show to your scheduled appointment or same day cancel, we generally will not re-book you, and there may be a fee associated. Thank you for your understanding and respect of our time.
Parking
Parking is available on the street and is metered. Pay Stations accept Credit Cards or Coin only, no paper cash. Parking Kitty APP is available in your app store for contact-less payment to your meter. Please read all signage and properly plan accordingly. There is a “free” parking lot 1 block East of Siren at Evergreen Blvd & Broadway St. It has 1 and 2 hour parking spaces, so perfect for a quick haircut or root touch up appointment only. Please read the signage, as it is a mixed lot. Parking on the street is FREE on Saturday + Sunday and after 6pm on weekdays.
