Community Yin Yoga
Join us for another slow and intentional yin yoga session with our favorite, Jess Spain. Jess is a Cow Creek Umpqua enrolled native meditation teacher, yoga instructor, and astrologist. Yin Yoga is slow, intentional and meditative. In an often fast paced life, it is so important to take time for yourself. We hope to cultivate self care at Siren, and we hope to see you at any of our events. This is a community donation based session. Bring a mat and blanket for maximum comfort.
Clothing Swap
Join us for our first ever FREE community Clothing Swap! This is a free event - bring gently used + clean clothing and swap for some new to you threads. We are also collecting canned food for the Clark County Food Bank at this event! Please feel free to bring unexpired (hoping that part is obvious lol) non-perishable, shelf stable food items - especially that are high in protein like canned fruits and vegetables, dry goods and peanut butter. Jess, who you all know from our Yoga + Sound Baths, will be offering a raffle package at the event as well to benefit her charity of choice, Northwest Gender Alliance.
